Wall of Fame
Hilton’s "Wall of Fame" is an honor bestowed upon hotels that perform in the top 15% of their brand in Total Quality Score, a measure which takes into account both regular quality assurance scores and Hilton's Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) scores.

Catch Me At My Best
"Catch Me At My Best" is an annual nationwide Hilton program where guests, managers, and co-workers "catch" team members delivering their best service. Nominations are sent to Hilton to recommend employees who go above and beyond and the winners are announced at the close of the program season.

Spirit of Hampton
The "Spirit of Hampton" award is a program honoring team members who excel in service to their guests or communities or who make an important impact in their coworkers' or hotel's success. According to Hilton, the spirit award is the "most prestigious team member award." Only about 50 Spirit of Hampton awards are given per quarter out of about 40,000 employees in the Hampton system.
